Had a very good stay for 5 nights, liked staff and amenities. The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. It had comfortable beds and a wonderful view depending on the room you get.

All in all a special hotel and BRILLIANT stay. It was impeccably clean place, staff were restful, and I liked my exceptional room. Relaxing view of sea. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs, cheese and fresh fruit. Very good service at all times too.

Early check-in, nice bed. The staff was empathetic, they provided friendly service. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of food options. Beautiful location to the world beatrix potter attraction. Glad that the weather was warm, so I could enjoy its nice pool. Bottled drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

Hotel was picturesque, I loved it. Beautiful old building, fairly clean and great bedroom. Everything was fine, nevertheless a few employees were a bit rude. Beautiful garden and clean pool. The location was perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from queen adelaide.

Planned to see Windermere major attractions and it was fine base for visiting all of them. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and obliging, everything was spotless. They provided lots of delicious choices for breakfast that was included.
